To order from the Skylines and Bylines Kitealogue

To purchase kites from the Kitealogue you will find a link to our order form at the bottom of this page. You can complete the order form on line, then either fax it back with credit card details, post it back with your cheque, or save it as a pdf and send it back by email.

There is a drop down menu for product selection, which also shows colour choices available, if any.

Most items on the website are held in stock. Once payment has been received, we make every effort to ship the goods the following working day. If we are unable to do this, we will contact you at the email address you supply on the order form.

Goods are shipped by courier and generally delivered to main centres within the South Island overnight and to the North Island in 48 hours. However, if you are serviced by rural delivery, this can take another day or two, depending on your local contractor. Prices for shipping are options on the order form.

All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and include G.S.T.

There is a G.S.T. number alongside the total payable on the order form and this form can be used as an invoice for your accounting purposes.

When making payment by direct credit you will need to keep a copy of your payment info as a receipt will not be issued with your order. Despatch is made once payment has been received.

If you include your email address on the order form, you will be notified by email when your package is despatched. This email will advise when you can expect to receive the package and include the ticket number to assist you to contact your local delivery agent.

We can gift wrap and attach a gift card. There is a $5 charge for this service, which can ordered on the "Select a Product" field on the order form under Gift Wrapping. Please email the wording required for the card to julie@kites.co.nz.

I am keen to ensure that my customers are happy and would always prefer to have the opportunity to help you choose the right product for your needs or overcome any problems once your order has arrived. You can phone or email me if you have any queries.

If you are having trouble with assembly or knot-tying processes on your kite, I can often talk through (by phone or email) these to help make your kite flying experience successful.

We will replace or refund if:

  • goods do not arrive. Please email us if goods have not arrived as notified.
  • goods arrive damaged or incomplete. Please email us. You may be required to return the goods before we replace the order. The cost of shipping the goods back to us will not be reimbursed unless we have instructed you to do this.

You can cancel an order by emailing us. If your order has not been shipped and is cancelled, but payment has been processed, we will refund you the purchase price. If your order has been shipped, then you must return the unwanted products to us unused and in their original packaging at your risk and at your cost within 30 days of delivery. We will credit you with the cost of the unwanted product after it has been received and checked.

Please choose carefully. We are not obliged to refund for goods which have been used or not repacked in good order. These may be considered second-hand and the full price may not be refunded.

Once your order is despatched you will be added to the KiteShop mailing list. Emails are sent out to let people know what kite events are happening in their area and to let customers know about specials at the KiteShop. Emails always have an opt out clause, so you do not need to receive these if you decide you don't want them.

The KiteShop also has a Facebook page, where notices are posted about events and specials. You can join this by clicking the button on our home page.
