There
is one loose spar - this is the spreader which holds the kite
open and goes into the fittings on either side at the back
of the kite.
The keel
at the front of the kite is where you attach the flying line.
For light to moderate winds attach the line at the eyelet
on the corner of the keel. If the wind is stronger you can
use the eyelet towards the nose, if there is one, which will
flatten the kite into the wind.
You can
attach a tail to the loop at the bottom of the spine.
